Days of '47 Parade Float Preview

Tonight for Family Home Evening we went to see the floats that will be in the Days of '47 Parade on July 24.  It's become a tradition for us and it's so fun to see them up close!

Utah Museum of Natural History

We spent the morning at the Utah Museum of Natural History in Salt Lake City.  It is one of the best museums in the State of Utah and its new location has only been open about six months.  It's quite impressive and the boys loved it!  It was a fun and educational way to spend the 4th of July!

Keeping Cool at Cowabunga Bay

We spend every Friday at Cowabunga Bay water park in Draper.  We especially love going with our friends, the Longs.  Here is Connor chatting with Reagon and Rachel.  We are experiencing unusually hot temperatures this month and the water park seems to be one of the few places we can really enjoy the outdoors.,

Connor's First Swim Meet

Connor joined the Treehouse Athletic Club's swim team.  Last night he had his first swim meet last night and was in three events:  the freestyle, the backstroke, and the freestyle relay.  He placed first in the freestyle.  We're so glad he found something that he really loves doing.  He loves the water no matter the temperature.  Perhaps he is "part fish!"

San Diego Vacation
